The Recipe Processor 2000 has an integrated Nutrition Calculator, to let you see by serving the amount of calories, fat, cholesterol , sodium, carbohydrates, protein, and fiber that the recipe contains. In addition, it will track cost, and has two user definable nutrient columns!  When two recipes are displayed side by side, the Nutrition Calculator will display results for each of the recipes.  This lets you easily see the effects of substituting one ingredient for another, such as egg beaters for eggs, or margarine for butter.
